Giant Leap Pty Limited (ABN 80 679 070 127 | ACN 679 070 127), trading as FORWARD Agency Communications, is a completely separate and independent legal entity with no connection, association, or relationship whatsoever with FORWARD Agency PR Pty Limited (ABN 63 160 535 179 | ACN 160 535 179), which was acquired in full by GrowthOps Limited (ABN 94 625 701 590 | ACN 625 701 590) in February 2022, when GrowthOps acquired 100% of its shares and appointed its own directors. FORWARD AGENCY PR Pty Limited operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of GrowthOps.

In March 2025, FORWARD Agency PR Pty Limited was placed into liquidation by GrowthOps, which itself also entered voluntary administration.

Key Points

Separate Legal Entities

Giant Leap Pty Limited and FORWARD Agency PR Pty Limited are entirely distinct legal entities with different ABNs, ACNs, ownership structures, and obligations. There is no legal or business connection between Giant Leap Pty Limited and GrowthOps Limited or any of its subsidiaries.

Limited Asset Acquisition

Following the liquidation of FORWARD Agency PR Pty Limited, Giant Leap Pty Limited acquired certain intellectual property assets — including the FORWARD trademark, domain name, and all historical files and IP rights — through a separate transaction with the appointed liquidator. The intellectual property acquisition was conducted with full security releases from secured creditors, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, confirming clear title transfer. No other assets, contracts, business operations, or obligations were acquired.

No Liability Assumed

Giant Leap Pty Limited has not assumed and does not accept any responsibility or liability for debts, claims, obligations, or legal proceedings (past, present, or future) relating to FORWARD Agency PR Pty Limited or GrowthOps Limited. The acquisition was strictly limited to intellectual property assets.

Claims and Enquiries

All matters, claims, or legal enquiries relating to FORWARD Agency PR Pty Limited or GrowthOps Limited must be directed to the appointed liquidator. Giant Leap Pty Limited has no involvement or responsibility in these matters.

Giant Leap Pty Limited disclaims all liability for and shall not be liable for any claims, demands, losses, damages, or legal proceedings arising from or in connection with the operations, obligations, or representations of FORWARD Agency PR Pty Limited or GrowthOps Limited, whether arising before or after the acquisition of intellectual property assets.

Not a Business Successor

While Giant Leap Pty Limited now trades under the FORWARD® brand, it is not a successor entity, phoenix company, or continuation of the business previously operated by FORWARD AGENCY PR Pty Limited. 

Trade Mark

The word FORWARD and the FORWARD logo trade mark were assigned to Giant Leap Pty Limited on 19th June 2025 by IP Australia.
