FORWARD is committed to supporting our community by being helpful both financially and practically. We do this in several ways, such as volunteering and direct financial support via our 1% Pledge.

To help in the most practical way we can, we will also provide communications advice and expertise to those in need using our most valuable resource, our time and expertise.

Each year we will provide up to 300 hours of pro-bono and unlimited low bono hours to eligible mission-aligned social enterprises or NFPs to help them move their causes forward.

We offer pro bono services to minority-owned social enterprises or not-for-profits on missions to address our chosen United Nations Sustainable Development Goals of zero hunger, good health and well-being.

We want to support businesses and charities that most need our help to make the most significant impact we can. So, to be eligible for our pro bono support, you should have a turnover of under $1M.

We invite businesses or individuals to apply for our pro bono services at

Please let us know more about your organisation, your mission, and how you are achieving it. Let us know what kind of support you are after and what you need to accomplish with our help.

We review pro bono applications twice a year, with the next round of applications closing on March 31, 2024, for support commencing in July 2024.

In addition to pro-bono support, we also offer "low bono" support to any Social Enterprise or Not For Profit that needs our help. We define low bono as a 25% discount to our regular rate card*. Your organisation will become a regular client of the agency but on a preferential rate card. You can expect all the service, expertise and creativity received by our regular clients but with an additional investment of our time to support your cause.
*Please note that for both pro bono and low bono clients, all out of pocket and pre-approved third-party expenses are charged at cost with a 5% admin fee. If you are a pro bono client and your available hours are used up, we would then move you onto low bono rates.
